Abstract
Cultivated plants have served humanity for thousands of years. Important steps in the domestication process of plants with a specific focus on barley will be highlighted in the lecture.

The lecture is open to the public and will be held in English (duration 30 min). After the lecture there will be an informal reception over zoom, where you can meet and ask questions to the lecturer and the other attendants.
