Public lecture at the Chemical Society in Lund

Abstract
Recent decades have seen the rise of a range of tools and technologies for interfacing technological and biological systems. There has been a consistent focus on animal and mammalian applications, particularly relating to neuroscience, and organic electronics have emerged as an ideal component in these applications. However, we have recently shown that organic electronics can also be applied to augment plant systems, brining decades of anthropocentric R&D to the plant kingdom. In this talk, I will introduce our recent advances and results in animal-focused and plant-focused “panbio-electronics”.

The lecture is open to the public and will be held in english. After the lecture there will be an informal reception at the Centre for Analysis and Synthesis (CAS), where you can meet the lecturer and the other attendants. Pea soup with punsch and pancakes (50 SEK) will be served, as well as other refreshments.
