Abstract

Perstorp AB has always been innovative company through the history starting with bio refinery for more than 135 years ago. Both material and chemicals are part of the rich history. Everyone in Nordic countries remember Perstorp Ättika, Perstorp platta and Pergo and quite of few chemists remember Formox process or Isolit, first plastic in Nordic countries. Now is the company one of the world leader in Specialty Chemicals business. What that means for the Innovation? How the future might become for Perstorp? These are some questions I am going try to answer in the presentation.

The lecture is open to the public and will be held in english. After the lecture there will be an informal reception at the Centre for Analysis and Synthesis (CAS), where you can meet the lecturer and the other attendants. Pea soup with punsch and pancakes (50 SEK) will be served, as well as other refreshments.
