Dear MS colleague,

it is with great pleasure that we can announce the 20th Norwegian meeting in mass spectrometry in the beginning of 2027. NSMS  will be organising this meeting which will be held at the Vestlia Resort in Geilo from January 24th to January 27th.
Check out our webpages (https://nsms.no/en/) for more information and for registration. PhD- / master students have the opportunity to apply for travel funding via NSMS (https://nsms.no/en/fond/). NSMS can fund up to 7500 NOK if the student is contributing with a scientific content of a speak or a poster.
Students who have extra expensive cost of travelling NSMS can consider to exceed this amount with extra funding more than 7500 NOK.

There are good reasons to participate at this meeting:
– we have invited many good international speakers who will present various exciting subjects within mass spectrometry
– exhibitors will show the latest instrumentation, tools and techniques within our field
– there is plenty of time to be social, active or lazy
– there will be served good food
– both indoor and outdoor there are many possibilities at Vestlia Resort (https://vestlia.no)

For the upcoming weeks NSMS will send out new invoice to our exhisiting NSMS members where the membership fee now is 200 NOK pr year
